I just have to laugh about this one, telling a co-worker of mine that we are planning for such a long stay in Aruba when we can, she just looked at me and asked why I am taking my husband since I can not dance.
Thinking about it a little more I wonder if there are some dance places I could take it to and learn a few moves while we are there.

A number of hotels, particularly the ones with gyms, offer fun dance classes for their guests. Some other places also have fun, informal shows which encourage audience participation, where you can learn a thing or two for free. Check out your hotel's website and see what you find.

This is something I am going to need to look up and research then because it will be a must, at least for the first dance. A few friends are going with us, but most family are still unsure if they can travel that far for various reasons. Its a fun thing to try and plan.

That really sounds like fun! I would be interested in something like that! I can waltz but that's about it. I would need much more training to be able to do some of the newer dance moves!

Why would it matter if you could dance or not to go to Aruba? I'm not planning on dancing at all - I'm planning on enjoying the beaches and being outdoors.
I can dance though. I've taken classes here in the States.

It's just so much fun to dance at night when you're done with the beaches and trails for the day! I love dancing while on vacation, and I have fond memories of one hotel's show which got the ENTIRE audience up for a congo line!
The live local bands are absolutely amazing to listen to, as well. You really get a taste of the culture!
