Benihana is a Japanese restaurant situated below the Hooters bar in the High Rise hotels area.

The restaurant doesn't look Japanese, the air conditioning is set at freezing temperatures and overall the setting looks a little simple.

You can choose from several main plates and desserts. You sit around a big baking plate together with other guests. After a while a Japanese chef arrives and he makes your food while giving some food throw shows :D

The food is great and it was very nice to meet other people. Our table was a mixture of 5 different nationalities and we all had fun.

Today we visit Benihana.
This is a Japanese show cooking restaurant. Situated at the strip along Palm Beach.
The environment is not spectacular. But the show the cook gives makes this a positive review. The quality of the food is very good. I had the Seafood Diablo. Very nice. We had a nice chat with other guests on our table. We all had a good time. We will go back to this restaurant but not this year. Just to many nice restaurants on Aruba.

Just a day at the office...
Correct me if I'm wrong. :-)

I haven't experience actual throw show. This could be one of the reasons why we should visit the place. I look forward to meet other nationalities too. How about the price? Was it quite costly?

I hate going to restaurants where they feel like they have to freeze everyone out of the place. Do they do this so you eat faster and they can turn tables faster? I like taking my time and enjoying the food and atmosphere.

I have never ate at a Japanese restaurant is there any chance the freezing is due to the food prep that they need to control for those who are eating there? Just a thought is all. :)
