I am not sure if all of the hotels have it, but there is internet access at the Radisson for free. It is wireless in the lobby, but you need wires in the rooms. You can get an Ethernet wire from the lobby.
Well if they have it then I am willing to bet a lot of the other hotels have it as well. Of course what I wonder is if there are any website restrictions when you are in Aruba.
