Culture of Aruba
Aruba, the tropical island, reflects a mixed culture of many countries and it is highly difficult to categorize the culture and tradition. The National Day of Aruba is celebrated on March 18th and regular festivals like Christmas and Mardi Gras are carried out with great pomp. Since many Americans are a part of Aruba, Thanksgiving and Halloween too are celebrated extensively. In many restaurants, you can hear the Calypso, Reggae and the Soca music playing. For every festival, there are plenty of traditional dances and other ceremonies that showcase the rich culture of Aruba. The Bon Bini festival is an excellent example for this.
