What types of food are in Aruba? I want to try different things - other than American food. Of course I want to be able to eat plain old American food as well.
What am I going to find in Aruba and what should I try?

Try a little of everything? :)

What I want to try is The Old Cunucu House which I hear is fab! Their Fettuccini is to be "the best in the world" but I am going to have to taste test this just to make sure my friend is not fibbing. :)

You can try Dutch food as Aruba is a part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Latin or Mexican foods are also served on the island. I'm not too sure if they have a unique kind of food that is only found in Aruba but I guess we will just have to find out when we arrive there.

I will try a bit of everything :D I was just hoping that someone knew what they are known for that is different than what I can get here in NY.
Seafood would be plentiful I would imagine.

:D My mouth always waters when I think of seafood! I wonder what types they have in Aruba (fresh). I went to an island off Georgia last year and they didn't have clams. I was surprised- they said they were not local to them there.
