Vacation and being alone

I am thankful the next vacation I go on I will be with my family, specifically my husband. I have done the vacation deal alone before and its never fun trying to relax on vacation while being hit on by a local guy. Sometimes its fun, but most times its not. Are single ladies hounded by guys in Aruba or is this a safe zone? :)

Haha, I was chuckled reading your post. :D That's the common problem faced by ladies who are traveling alone, and though I am a guy, I can feel that's really annoying. I am afraid Aruba is not an exception.

:D You are only hit on when you are alone? I have the same problem regardless of if I am alone or with people. I think some men are just bad at that.
I wouldn't vacation alone anymore.

I was thinking the same thing sunandfun! I don't think there is anywhere you can go and not get hit on anymore unless you head to a convent.

The only way to vacation truly alone is to find a secluded area away from everyone else. Unfortunately, as small as Aruba is, it is hard to find a secluded space unless you are a local.

I can't say that it is a vacation if I'm alone. I call it being solitude.

I don't like having a vacation alone because I want to share the fun and laughter that I experience while I'm on vacation.
