Great Activities to Fill Your Day
This island of paradise is the place to be if a world-class relaxing getaway is what you seek. With a gorgeous climate, beautiful sandy shores and pristine sparkling water, there are plenty of reasons to choose an Aruba vacation for your next traveling adventure. There are a few things that no trip to Aruba would be complete without. This list has been compiled by visitors who have been to the island several times and agree that these are the top locations that tourists must see during their stay.
The first two items are on the land. A visit to the California Lighthouse must be a part of your Aruba vacation. It is located on the northwest tip of the island. If you are seeking a photo opportunity, this is it! The white exterior looks stunning against the vivid blue sky. The other land-based activity is dining at one of the many seafood restaurants. There is no shortage of eateries near the beaches of Aruba and you should take the time to visit several during your stay. The Flying Fishbone, Marandi, Madame Janette and El Gaucho are just a few that are located in various places on the island.
The next two items are all about pleasing your adventurous side. Off-roading in Arikok National Park is definitely something your Aruba vacation must include! Jeep rentals are available around Aruba and you can explore the national park up close and personal. Enjoy the rugged terrain and beautiful plant and animal life there. Then, you could always take a helicopter tour of the island. View Aruba and the surrounding ocean from a viewpoint you have never experienced before. Helicopters are much more versatile than airplanes and allow you to hover over your favorite parts of the island. Enjoy the sunset from the air, something that will create a memory to last a lifetime.
Finally, your vacation to Aruba will undoubtedly include water activities. Snorkeling at Baby Beach is a once-in-a-lifetime experience you will not want to pass up. There is an unbelievable amount and variety of fish at this location. Snorkel gear can be rented once you arrive, so there is no need to pack your own gear. As you consider all these fun activities, do not make the mistake of thinking you will get along fine without planning anything. While lounging on the beach is fun, you will not want to miss out on the unique opportunities offered to you by an Aruba vacation.

Reading these posts by you makes me want to come tomorrow and not wait for the next 3 months to pass. I am most certainly going to see the lighthouse and I can't wait to tell my daughter about it.

The lighthouse is a nice place to visit.
Please consider a round trip of the island in a jeep.
Then you see the real Aruba with the Gold Coast, Alto Vista Chapel and the Natural Pool.

How much would it cost me if I wanted to have the helicopter tour? It would surely be an incredible sight to see the whole island up in the air.

Thanks for sharing that video. The price is not that expensive I think. Anyway, this is a vacation so it is expected for me to spend money.
It felt like I'm really inside a helicopter just by watching at that video. How long is the duration of the helicopter tour?
