This is really sad because the donkeys are the main residents and we drive them out of their natural habitat.

I would like to see the donkeys roam freely but that would cause problems to the motorists. And the thing is that many motorists don't mind about these animals. Good thing that Aruba made a sanctuary for them to stay safe.

I love donkeys so I certainly want to see this when I'm there :) That's really sad that they could ever be considered pests. Thank goodness Aruba did the right thing and didn't let them all die.

Are we allowed to ride on the donkeys that are kept in that sanctuary or are they just for watching like in a zoo? I would like to have a ride on a donkey while having a tour around the island if ever that is possible.
