People say that Aruba is in the low end risk bracket for a full hurricane experience but there are a few months each year when the weather may be affected. Are there any organised safety routines in place if Aruba was unlucky one year?
Everything I've read says that Aruba is rarely hit by a hurricane, and that is why they get poor reviews on hurricane response. They do have shelters, but their island wide response plan hasn't been updated in 7 years.
