Are pets allowed to be brought in the country from abroad, and if so are they allowed to be brought to stay with the owner in the hotels?

If you can produce all of the proper health and vax certificates, your pet can come into Aruba, but sadly, most hotels don't allow your pet to stay unless you are Paris Hilton and your pet lives in your handbag.

Does it matter what country the pet is coming from or what breed the pet is? Also, what type of vet paperwork do you need for the pet?

Lets see, dogs and cats can visit. Can't bring pets from South or Central America and have to have a rabies vax and a certificate of health.

I've heard that the Westin Aruba Resort on Palm Beach is a pet friendly hotel. It's right on the beach and it's a beautiful place to stay, but it is pretty expensive.
