I have seen a lot of reports about how the quality of life is great when you live in Europe, but I would have to think that living on a beautiful island, such as Aruba, would be great, as well. I haven't seen any reports - I guess the island is too small, but it seems like the people who live here seem to be pretty happy. I know I would be!
I think it's probably just like every where else. Your quality of life mainly depends on whether or not you have the basics of life. If all of your basic needs are met, you have no reason not to have a good quality of life and to be happy.
