I was just noodling around and I finally found out something I had been wondering. US health insurance is not accepted in most places in Aruba. However they do have programs and they will negotiate price with you.
Wow, that is good to know before you get sick or have an accident! Does anyone know how that works? Do you just have to pay cash up front? What if you don't have the money in case of a more serious situation?
