I read in another thread here that University of Aruba has three faculties:
1. The Faculty of Law
2. The Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management Studies
3. The Faculty of Accounting and Finance
I can understand why they need to learn about tourism management, accounting and finance. But why did the original faculty focus primarily on law?
I woud imagine that every society has laws that have to be studied and enforced. Without the laws governing us our societies would be in an even bigger shambles than they already are.
Law must be studied first because without it no other subjects would come up because there won't be any order in that region. Law also governs the accounting/finance and how to run tourism in the island.
