One time when I was there this cute little yellow warbler was hanging out and we fed him some seeds. He followed us around for awhile wanting more and even let us get super close. It was very neat.
That must have been exciting! Unfortunately, I didn't see a yellow warbler, but I saw a lot of beautiful birds and it's true, they don't seem to be too afraid of people. They come pretty close, but they don't want to be touched. They are probably just looking for food.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoy birdwatching and we're hoping to be able to do one of the tours while we're in Aruba. That's exciting that you saw a yellow warbler up that close. Hopefully we will have a similar experience.
What a fabulous experience for you. I am pretty sure that little birdie has a great racket going on. He must be living the high life by charming the tourists into feeding him! Were you birdwatching near to Bubali?
