Along with the oil refinery theme, I just read that Aruba is building a green gas station. It will still dispense petrol, but its material and energy design will be green.

It most certainly is. While it's not the ideal we all hope for, it's a great step forward and would make a difference if all fueling stations offset their nature with this type of design.

It's good to see that green issues are important in Aruba. Perhaps they will inspire others countries to do the same. Even if the initiative is based on tourism aesthetics it's win-win.
