It doesn't mean that she's pregnant that she can no longer enjoy the vacation at Aruba. If it's her first time there, then it's going to be a wonderful experience, you're right guys she can do walking at the seashore or even just sitting at the tree while watching the beach. Though, she can do less of a physical activity but the effect of a fresh air and beautiful ambiance will be helpful to her baby and to her health in general.
