I heard that tourists are not allowed to do any paid activities in Aruba. However, those who like to work in Aruba must have a work permit. Do you have any idea about the work permit to be complied with the authorities when working in Aruba? Thanks.

It's true that tourists are not allowed to work and accept fees in Aruba. You also have to bring a certified document stating that you are not convicted to any crime in your country of origin in order to have working permit in Aruba. Do you have anything to add regarding work permits in Aruba?

well almost all countries would require a working visa if you intend to work in a certain place. It's totally unfair to the locals if you will go their place under the impression of being a tourist and then you will start taking job opportunities which is fully intended for the locals. what do you think?

I agree with you. In fact, the reason that we need a working permit is to provide our employer a verification that we are capable of doing the work required. However, is work experience a requirement when getting a working permit in Aruba?
