If you like to make cancellations from Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort, do you have to pay a service charge in case of a no-show? Does anyone here know of the cancellation policies of Divi Aruba?

In case of a no-show, you will be obliged to pay for the first night. However, if you like to cancel your reservation, do it not later than seven days. When are you going to Aruba?

i think that is fair policy we have to consider that the hotel did not accepted any guest to honor your reservation, from that alone they already missed revenues. are you planning to cancel your reservation?

You have a good point Jason. Businesses are established to serve their customers and to gain revenue out of it. Does the reservation fee vary? Do you think reservation fees are part of the total rental cost?
